As kids, you were fearless to do anything. Nothing was too big and you didnāt see any obstacles.
When you were dropped off at school on your first day at kindergarten, without a manual in hand and without any direction, you somehow managed to figure it all out. Yes, there were probably some hiccups, and you sat on the wrong chair on the second day of school, but generally you managed to figure out the maze called: life.
Nothing stopped you from playing in the park and running up and down the huge slides. Nothing stopped you from meeting new kids. You learned a lot faster back in the day than you do now, as an adult. You didnāt see danger come your way, and maybe that was a good thing.
What happens in adulthood is that now we are taught to set limits in our minds.
You are told that you can only work 9-5. You are told that you should drink coffee for energy. You are told that you should come home and unwind behind an electronic device. You are told that working for the government is safe, secure and they have great benefits/retirement.
You are told that your body can only do so much. You are told that you need to go to school, find a secure job, and retire at 65. You are told that you need a credit card to build your credit.
Now, you stop learning and pushing yourself because you donāt want to āoverworkā your mind and body.
You teach your body stress triggers and cautiously live to avoid any situation that will cause you to sweat.
You tend to over analyze every life situation you get till you throw our hands up and give up.
The good news is, since this thought process was learned, we can always train ourselves to “unlearn” and go beyond the limits that we set for ourselves.
You can go beyond the limits that you were raised with.
You can go beyond your unlimited mind to create the life you desire.
The road less traveled is unlimited. Donāt let any negative word thatās ever been spoken over you, take over your unlimited mind.
Expand your thought process to allow your life go beyond your imaginations.
Start now by changing your thought process.
