I’ve met lots of people with anxiety and I’ve seen lots of benefits to their characteristics and lifestyles. The habits that most of these people create were dissected and I’ve discovered that their habits are extremely beneficial for the people without anxiety.
The habits that most people with anxiety have developed are waking up extra early to ensure they are never late to work. The people that are entrepreneurs, they have no way out BUT to make their businesses thrive and successful so they will go the extra mile, every single day. They develop habits to make sure that they will stay up late and wake up early to figure it all out.
Some folks with anxiety are perfectionists, but that is not always bad. They become anal about making mistakes and have a constant need to improve their skills and double check their work. Research shows that is one key to being extremely effective.
Regarding health, I’ve met people that have anxiety from seeing a dentist. So, they make sure that they never miss brushing their teeth twice a day, flossing regularly to avoid cavities and ultimately, never seeing a dentist in their lifetime.
They set goals and they do everything they can to achieve them. No matter what life throws at them, they will achieve ultimate satisfaction when they reach those goals.
The people that don’t have anxiety, are a lot more relaxed of course.. but sometimes I wish we had developed more of these traits in our life to enhance our lifestyles that essentially make us more healthier, organized, effective, and benefit us in our careers.
