No one ever knew how profitable Amazon was going to be when they launched into existence. To think that Amazon merely started off with a website that sold books online to now operating in 16 countries, servicing over 20 different markets, and clocking in 233 billion dollars in revenue for 2018 alone! But I wonder if Jeff Bezos ever knew it will all turn out this way, or did he step into the unknown to see whats there?
No one ever knew if you were going to make it out of college. No one knew if you were going to start a successful business. No one knew if you were going to be transforming lives, helping others, and building creative solutions to your niche. No one ever knew if you will end up working for the private sector, the nonprofit, public sector or become an entrepreneur.
No one knows, till this day what is going to happen tomorrow.
But that is the most exciting part of living. The unknown is what I live for. I donāt know how life will all end up, and I donāt know what God has planned for each and every one of you. But you should not stop living the best life you can possibly live. It is a thrill living in the unknown because you are not playing safe.
If you know what your tomorrow will bring, and what your business will bring, eehhh thatās boring. If you step into the unknown atmosphere that is where your creativity starts working. That is where you start engaging with unknown particles that God brings in your path. Take it, mold it and make the best out of what you have.
Four years ago, I met the man of my dreams who later became my husband. I had no idea I was going to marry him and I had no idea that we will blossom into an amazing marriage. Ten years ago I was in college living a stress induced student life, but I had no idea that I will end up here, where I am today. The thought of entering into the unknown āreal worldā was pretty scary.
Be curious and courageous to step into the unkown.
A walk of faith into the unknown is what we are called to live by.
