By waking up at 8am, you will send one message to the world. Waking up at 4am, you will send a novel.
What you do every day creates a pattern that will either make you or break you. These patterns are meant to mold us, shape us, grow us, or tear us down every single day. Although on a small scale it may appear meaningless, but on a larger scale they shape our lives.
Having a delusion that conceals our laziness and having pure oblivion of what it really takes to achieve our goals is not acceptable anymore.
Kobe Bryant, who was named one of the greatest basketball players woke up at 3am and hit the gym by 4am, every day when he trained. He developed that pattern back when he was in high school and it lasted throughout his entire NBA career. It’s no wonder he became the most highly respected NBA player during his career.
Technically you can work on your goals once a week, because that’s all you have time for. Or, you can work on your goals every day because you’re going to make the time for them.
You decide.
